ABOUT
Jamie Reed
Who do you work with?
I work with c-suite, senior leaders and their teams in times of profound change.
How would you describe your approach?
Evidence based, with a clearly defined methodology balanced with a warmth and humanity that accelerates learning and makes it stick.
What do you look to produce?
Clients with the clear, calm and focused commitment that produces results for their customer, their business and the wider world in a way that feels good.
What are your ninja skills?
I am dyslexic, a geek and a little lazy. This means I can hold large amounts of complex information with relative ease, I am fascinated by systems and processes, and I like to refine solutions to their easiest and most impactful permutation.
What's your professional background?
I began coaching rowing teams to national championship victory while at university. I hold a Masters in Existential Psychotherapy with a background in clinical practice.
I have contributed to books on coaching and mediation, trained coaches at Oxford University and on a MA in Existential Coaching. I've trained Bar Accredited Mediators and was a Non-Executive Director of my family business for over 15 years.
Tell me about Jamie outside of work?
I am a married, father of two teenage girls, living in Henley-on-Thames. I am originally from London. I love all things connected to nature and water including open water swimming, skiing, hiking, making bread and the perfect espresso.
